The Young Punx is an electronic dance DJ from UK praised by Fatboy Slim as “the most insane and catchy.” Their unique style of mixing house, break beats, drum and bass with rock and pop music with a sense of humor drew attention and popularity. All the remixes they produced have made the top 10 in the UK club charts and have been selected as the best bootleg remixer by the listeners of BBC Radio One. They released their first album “Your Music Is Killing Me” last year and have performed at the Glastonbury Festival and Summer Sonic ‘07. While awaiting the release of their second album, they released a mini party album projected in Japan called “1.5” which includes “MASHitUP” along with six brand new tracks, rare remixes from the first album, and cover remixes of Ayumi Hamazaki and Asian Kung-Fu Generation.
