細美武士(Vo&Gt)、生形真一(Gt)、高田雄一(Ba)、高橋宏貴(Dr)の４人組ロックバンド。1998年結成。メディアへの露出を極端に嫌うその独特なスタイルから、ライブハウスでの口コミやレコード店のプッシュによりストリート系バンドシーンの中心的存在となっていった。爆発的なライブと突き抜けたメロディーラインを武器に、インディーズバンドとして史上4組目のオリコンチャート1位を獲得するなど人気絶頂の中、2008年に突然活動休止を発表した。
2018年に活動を再開すると、2022年に16年ぶりの６thフルアルバム『The End of Yesterday』をリリース。"Get it Get it Go! SUMMER PARTY" を含む2023年のツアーでは10万人を動員するなど、完全復帰を果たしている。近年ではアジアツアーやFEEDER (from UK）との６カ国ジョイントツアーをはじめ、国内外を問わず数多くのフェスにヘッドライナーとして出演するなど、その活動の舞台を世界に拡げている。
A four-member rock band consisting of Takeshi Hosomi (Vo & Gt), Shinichi Ubukata (Gt), Yuichi Takada (Ba), and Hirotaka Takahashi (Dr). Formed in 1998. Their unique style, which strongly avoided media exposure, led them to become a central presence in the street band scene through word-of-mouth at live houses and strong support from record stores. With explosive live performances and strikingly melodic lines as their weapons, they became the fourth indie band in history to reach No.1 on the Oricon charts. However, at the peak of their popularity, they suddenly announced a hiatus in 2008.
In 2018, they resumed activities and released their sixth full album, The End of Yesterday, in 2022—their first in 16 years. Their 2023 tour, including Get it Get it Go! SUMMER PARTY, attracted 100,000 attendees, marking their complete return. In recent years, they have expanded their stage to the world, participating in numerous festivals as headliners both in Japan and abroad, including an Asia tour and a six-country joint tour with FEEDER (from the UK).
