2011年『朝を開けだして、夜をとじるまで』にてデビュー。2013年2ndアルバム『HUE CIRCLE』、2016年3rdアルバム『ひと』をリリース。2017年リリースの4thアル バム『MOTTAINAI』に収録された楽曲「ゆらゆら」のMVが1,400万回を超える再生回数を記録し、国内はもとより海外からも非常に高い評価を獲得。2020年には『30』、 2021年には江﨑文武（WONK）、川辺素（ミツメ）、TENDRE、BASIらが参加した『おとな』をリリース。2023年にBIM、ハマ・オカモト、mabanua、Ginger Rootらが参加した最新アルバム『はみ出て！』をリリースし、二度目となるフジロック・フェスティバルにも出演。
YeYe made her debut in 2011 with the album Asa wo Akedashite, Yoru wo Tojiru made.
She followed it with her second album HUE CIRCLE in 2013 and third album Hito in 2016.
Her 2017 fourth album MOTTAINAI features the track “Yurayura,” whose music video surpassed 14 million views, earning her acclaim both in Japan and abroad.
She released 30 in 2020 and Otona in 2021, which featured collaborations with artists such as Fumitake Ezaki (WONK), Moto Kawabe (mitsume), TENDRE, and BASI.
In 2023, she released her latest album Hamidete! with guests like BIM, Hama Okamoto, mabanua, and Ginger Root, and returned for her second appearance at the Fuji Rock Festival.
